DRI Canada held its first symposium in Gatineau, Quebec on April 11, and, by all accounts, it was a resounding success.
Delegates in attendance participated in a full day English and French programming that was informative and thought provoking.
The event kicked-off with a keynote address by Dr. Thomas Homer-Dixon, a leading Canadian intellectual and among the world’s leading experts on the intricate links between nature, technology, and society.
Attendees were captivated by Dr. Homer-Dixon’s presentation on organizational resilience in a changing world.
Following a robust question and answer session with Dr. Homer-Dixon, symposium participants attended breakout sessions on topics ranging from how to manage third party risks to current cyber risks and impacts.
