Certification Commission

The Certification Commission sets guidelines and ethical standards for administering, conducting, testing, certifying and evaluating candidates, under the guidelines and ethical direction set by DRI International.

The Commission evaluates and approves all certification applications based on DRIIs 10 Professional Practices. The Commissioners are involved in all matters related to our certification programs. These highly motivated, volunteer's work tirelessly in the effort to:

  • Decide granting, maintaining, renewing, and suspending DRIC certifications;
  • Oversee the qualification exams and application procedures necessary for certification;
  • Oversee the certification renewal process for DRIC members; and
  • Manage certification appeals and disputes.

Become a Commissioner
To be eligible to serve on the Commission, the candidate must be a CBCP or MBCP certified professional in good standing who is willing to volunteer their time. Bilingual (English & French) candidates are preferred. If you are interested in volunteering for the DRIC Certification Commission, please email certification@dri.ca to obtain a nomination packet.
