Here is how it ended….
At some point there was a breakdown in communication between Ottawa Hydro and the businesses and residents that led to frustration, irritation and anxiety to those affected.
As a result of this experience Ottawa Hydro is now better at keeping
residents and business people informed when
disaster strikes.
As well, the incident prompted Innovative Products and Services Inc. to enter into the BCP process. The President moved quickly to establish a business continuity program.
As part of this program, each Vice President and Director was assigned a responsibility for continuity plans for his/her division,Select 'Next' to continue.
