About Eric J. McNulty

Eric J. McNulty is the co-author of the book You're It: Crisis, Change, and How to Lead When it Matters Most and author of the forthcoming book, The Power of Everyone: Leading Together to Shape a Better World. He has researched and written about the challenges of leading through high-pressure, high-stakes situations in his role as Associate Director of the National Preparedness Leadership Initiative at Harvard University. He has been called a "crisis expert" by the New York Times and Financial Times. His work draws on a range of sources from neuroscience and behavioural science to biology and urban planning. He has trained crisis teams and worked with executives in business continuity, emergency preparedness and response, health and safety, and public safety around the world.
