Your Nomination must be made by January 20, 2012.

Question Number 8 of the online Form will ask you:
In 1,000 words or less, tell us why you believe the DRI CANADA Award of Excellence for 2011 should be presented to your organization. Please include:

• how your program includes business continuity, crisis management and technology recovery
• how your program is based on the professional practices
• how plans have been used to manage an emergency situation
• your organization’s involvement in the business continuity management industry and community
  

We recommend that you prepare the answer to this question prior to starting the online process, i.e. you may want to type your answer into a Word document, and then paste it into the online form when ready.
